Fast Delivery For All Our Stock
We use DHL, EMS and UPS to ship all our packages. From our supplier warehouse to major destinations in North America, Europe and Australia, shipping only takes 6 to 8 days. Order today and rest easy!
Customers are responsible for customs tax! In most countries in the world you have to pay taxes on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
The rules are different in every country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes (e.g. VAT in the UK) then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s) from China. Unfortunately we can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are shipping or sending a gift item to someone else please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order.
Due to difference circumstances in different countries at different time, we have to use our discretion in choosing our courier. All we need from our customers is the length of time in which they desire to receive their products, and we will choose the courier according to that requirement.
Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. That way, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized.
If you can wait a little longer, please choose the standard shipping method, it will be much cheaper than using express shipping.
*How can I trace my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could trace your order at.
*How Long Will It Take To Delivery?
Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and package them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard shipping normally takes 7-10 days, and express shipping normally takes 2-4 days. Processing takes 1-2 days normally.
* Are the packages insured?
Shipping with couriers is insured and can be tracked online. Once your goods are sent out we will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery any time you want.
When you checkout your order, you can add Shipping Insurance to your order for only $1.99.
We offer Shipping Insurance for the total of US$ 1.99 to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. If a missing issue arises, we will reship your order immediately.
Choose a Shipping Method
You can choose the shipping method you want on the Billing, Shipping, and Review page during the Checkout process. There are three main shipping methods to choose from:
Expedited Shipping
This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 3 - 5 days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item, but all orders that use expedited shipping will receive a discount on shipping costs.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 6 - 8 days to all major destinations. Shipping costs vary with item, but all orders that use standard shipping will receive a discount on shipping costs.
Air Mail
For some items, there is an option to ship your order by Air Mail. If your order qualifies for shipping by Air Mail we can let you know. Delivery times are between 15 - 20 days for all major destinations. Although the delivery time is much longer, shipping costs are much lower if this option is chosen. Order tracking and shipping insurance are not available with shipping by Air Mail. Please take this into consideration when choosing this option.
